This InfoGuide serves as a starting point when doing research for your art history assignments. It is intended to identify some of the resources and services available via the Smith Library Center. 

When physically in the SLC, see the 1st floor Information Desk for questions of all kinds. The desk is open 8am-9pm M-F, excepting holidays and library closures.

Look for:

  • sources from a variety of subjects: art history, anthropology, Latin American studies, religion, and more.
  • different types of materials: online journal article databases, art image databases, print journals, books, and reference sources.

This InfoGuide will provide you with tools and instructions for navigating the SLC's resources, both online and in print, on this subject.
