Some databases contain scholarly journals, exclusively. Others have a mix of scholarly journals, popular magazines, newspapers and other material. In most databases, you can limit your search to scholarly (peer-reviewed) journals.
You must set up an individual account while on campus to download data sets; you can also download them off campus if you log into your account. You must log in while on campus once every six months to continue using your account off campus.
