You can change your password by visiting www.southwestern.edu/password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password using Southwestern’s self-service password change service. This is accomplished by successfully answering several challenge questions which must be set up before using the self-serve password change service.
Setup your challenge questions NOW!
- You can setup your challenge questions by visiting www.southwestern.edu/password
- The answers are not case-sensitive (capitalization does not matter), but any punctuation used does need to be remembered. It is very important that you provide answers that only you know and that are not easily guessed by somebody else.
Then, if you forget your password, go to www.southwestern.edu/password. You will be asked for your username and then the self-service system will present you with 3 randomly selected challenge questions from the pool of 5 that you set up previously. After you have answered the three questions correctly, you will then be able to reset your password.
