If you are faculty or staff and have a problem with your office computer or the printer your use, please contact the Info Desk (email@example.com or 512-819-7333). Depending on the severity of the problem, your call will be passed to an IT technician for immediate attention or the issue will be recorded in our ticketing system, prioritized and assigned.
The Info Desk and IT services cannot be used for personally-owned computers and software.
The Info Desk will assist students in diagnosing a computer problem, but we cannot repair student computers or printers.
