Finding Books in the General Collection

Browsing the shelves:
Using the Dewey Decimal System, you can browse books on Mesoamerican art and culture in a few different places:

  • 709.7-709.9 - Native and Ancient American art history, 2nd floor
  • 972.0-972.9 - History of Central America (including Mexico) and the Carribean, 3rd floor
  • 980.0-989.9 - History of Latin and South America, 3rd floor

Please keep in mind that these Dewey Decimal ranges, especially those in the 900's, span multiple time periods.
