For items we don't own, our library can either borrow the item from another library or purchase it for the collection.
The first time you use Get It!, you'll need to sign up for an account with your SUeID and password.
Holds and recalls
When an item you want is checked out, you may place a Hold on it so that the item is held for you when it is returned. You can place a Hold yourself through the Worldcat@SU or request that a Hold be placed at the InFoDesk. If an item you need is not due back until the end of the academic year, please check with staff at the InFoDesk. We will try to get the item returned for you.
Loan Periods
As a capstone student you can check out books owned by the Library for the entire semester. However, please remember that books obtained through interlibray loan are subject to the loan period of the institution that owns the item.
